Auto-enter confidence threshold
Reads at or above this confidence are entered automatically; anything lower goes to the review queue. 0.85 is a good default.
Packing Slip Intake
Upload a scanned packing-slip PDF (one or many slips). Claude reads each one, matches the handwritten serial to the unit, sets the ship date + customer, and flags anything off — a wrong part number, a missing serial, or a warranty replacement (held for now).
Enter a shipment manually
No scan needed — key in a shipment the same way as the old "Shipped" screen. Type the serial and the rest fills in; add the invoice, ship date, customer, and any dealer notes, then Record.
Needs Attention
Slips with a flag (wrong PN, missing serial, unknown serial), plus warranty replacements held pending. Fix a field and Confirm, or Reject.

Line up the drive's box label, the packing slip, and the shipping label in the frame, then Capture. You get an instant OK or STOP before the box leaves the bench.
Assembler Quality View
Pick an assembler to see claims on the units they built, broken down by model, over a date range. Click a model to drill into the claims.
Clean up builder names
The same builder often appears under several spellings (extra spaces, capitalization, typos). Claude groups the ones that look like the same person; you confirm each merge. Merges are reversible and never change the original records — reports and search just roll the spellings up to one builder.

User Administration
Manage accounts, reset passwords, and grant admin access. Admins only.
Creates a setup link you send them yourself (email, text, etc.). They pick their own username and password. Invites expire in 7 days.
Maintenance
Re-record unit ship dates/ownership for a day's already-entered shipments (safe/idempotent — used to backfill after a fix).
Part catalog
Marks whether a part number is a serialized unit (needs a serial/box scan) or a loose part. Edits take effect within ~30 seconds — no redeploy.
